Advanced AI Lab provides AI-powered image processing tools, including but not limited to:

• AI Background Removal (Cutout)
• AI Text-to-Image Generation
• AI Background Replacement

Some features require credits, which can be earned through daily check-ins or purchased.

3. User Accounts

• You may sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You may not share your account or transfer credits to other users.

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are a virtual currency used to access certain features.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and bonus structures at any time.
• Free credits earned through check-ins or promotions may have expiration dates or usage restrictions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our services
• Use automated scripts or bots to access our services
• Generate content that is pornographic, violent, or promotes hatred
• Circumvent usage limits or abuse the credit system

6. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing our services.
• Generated Content: Images generated by our AI tools are provided for your personal or commercial use, subject to the restrictions in Section 5.
• Our Services: All software, design, and technology behind our services remain our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated results will meet your specific requirements
• Results will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advanced AI Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through our Account & Data Deletion page.
